Trakwyze provides support for the Trakwyze iOS and Android apps. For help with your account, subscriptions, or the app, email us at support@trakwyze.com. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
This website (trakwyze.com) is for product information and policies only. Accounts are created and managed in the mobile app — not on this site.
Getting started
- Download Trakwyze from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and sign up with your email address.
- Complete the onboarding questionnaire (goals, schedule, preferences).
- Subscribe to Trakwyze Premium in the app to unlock AI coaching, plans, and full features.
Subscriptions & billing
Trakwyze Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Plans include monthly and yearly options. Prices and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Where offered, a 7-day trial may apply to eligible yearly plans.
- Cancel on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Trakwyze → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancel on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trakwyze.
- Restore purchases: Use "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen in the app if you reinstall or switch devices (same Apple ID or Google account).
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.

Account & data
- Update your profile, goals, and preferences in the app's settings.
- Delete your account from in-app settings, or email us to request deletion.

Coach Kai & AI features
Coach Kai and other AI features require an internet connection. Suggestions are based on what you log and may be incomplete — they are for general wellness only, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before changing diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition.
If AI responses fail or time out, check your connection and try again. Persistent issues? Email support@trakwyze.com with your device model and app version (found in app settings).
Troubleshooting
- Can't sign in: Use the password reset flow in the app. Check spam for verification emails.
- Premium not active after purchase: Tap Restore purchases on the paywall. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to buy.
- Notifications: Optional. Enable in app settings and allow notifications in your device system settings.
- Crash or bug: Email support@trakwyze.com with steps to reproduce, device OS version, and app version.
